» All repurchases are done on the dealer prices.
» Dealer Price is 20% less than MRP.

Requirements and Conditions :
Must be an Area Franchisee.
Must ensure that atleast 15 ceilings are acheived in a calendar month.
Must have laptop / computer with Internet facility.
Must have direct selling exposure with good contacts.
Must have additional investment capacity for stock as and when required.
Has to maintain a minimum stocks to cater the immediate needs of new sales.
Only one Id of a person can be upgraded as District Franchisee.
Responsibility :
He has to conduct meetings & seminars in respective territories.
 
All existing District Franchisee must upgrade to pick-up centre by making a payment of Rs.25070/-
Any DME or franchisee can also become a pick-up centre by making the payment of Rs.25070/-
Pick-up centre will get stock at 50% of the DP value as mentioned below.
DMEs who pay directly to the company and can pick up product/kit at pick-up centre.
DMEs can choose the pick-up centre of their choice and modify at will
On choosing the pick-up centre the order will show in the pending orders of the pick-up centre.
The product issued by pick-up centre will be replaced by company.
Pick-up centres can collect money and issue repurchase product/Kit at DP/MRP.
Money thus collected has to be deposited in the company account.
On receipt of the payment the order will be confirmed.
Repurchase payout for all including pick up centre will be calculated at the month end.
Pay-out will be calculated only for confirmed orders.
All pick-up centre must enter valid PIN while selling a KIT to any DME.
All pick-up centre must deliver products/kit to any DME who have opted their pick-up centre.
Company will replace the kit / products delivered to DMEs who paid directly to company.
Pick-up centre minimum re-order quantity for Kits - 5 No’s, for other products - 1 whole sale pack.
All products/kits issued to the pick-up centre are non-returnable.
Pick-up centres will get Rs.40 on each KIT delivered and 10% on DP on all repurchase products.
All payouts will be done on the 15th of the following month.

The compensation will include commission, publicity expenses, development expenses, handling charges and taxes.
The compensation will be paid on a weekly basis.
The compensation will be transferred directly to subscriber Bank account via NEFT.
The compensation will be transferred on every Monday.
20% standard deduction ( which includes TDS, Renewal, Autoupgradation and Recharge Wallet topup upto Rs.5000/-).
Please upload your PAN card to verify and confirm the PAN details.
TDS certificate ( Form 16A ) will be given to all individuals whose yearly incentive exceeds Rs.15000. PAN number is compulsory to get this certificate.
