OPPORTUNITY

	All persons, who have joined as subscriber or SPOC can avail this opportunity.
	Stock worth Rs.3000 has to be paid and maintained by the subscriber.
	The subscriber will now be called a DM Agent and an Identity card shall be issued.
	All DM agents will be provided training by LCP (Local Channel Partner)
	DM Agents will get Incentives for all business sourced as per the table shown below.
	All connections sourced by DM will NOT enter genealogy and shall not be eligible for Team Sales Incentives.
	Incentives shall be changed as and when LCP changes the incentive policy
	Awards and Rewards announced by LCP will be passed on the DM Agent.
	DM agent has to communicate directly with LCP, AV Agency and Order Entry agency and see that CAF applications are not rejected.
	DM Agent shall be responsible for 3 bill payments of the connections sourced by them.
	Claw Back of Incentives will be applicable and will be deducted from the Incentives.
	DM agent has to make his own arrangements to submit the filled CAF applications to the nearest Order Entry Agency.
	Apex has the right to change or add or remove any of the above terms from time to time as per the policy of LCP.
	DM Agent has to verify all original ID proof, Address Proof and sign on the Xerox copies to avoid mis-representation.
